Recent Projects & Initiatives
Mumbai Youth Football League (MYFL)
A structured inter-school league for U-14 and U-16 categories, involving 120 schools across Mumbai. We managed the entire lifecycle from team registrations and scheduling to venue management, refereeing, and prize distribution. The league culminated in a grand finale at the Mumbai Football Arena, broadcasted on regional sports channels. The project increased grassroots participation by 40% in the region.
Impact: 2,400+ young players engaged, 15 scouts from professional clubs in attendance.
National Coach Development Program (NCDP)
In partnership with the Sports Authority of India, we designed and delivered a certification program for football coaches from tier-2 and tier-3 cities. The program was conducted in a hybrid model with online modules and practical workshops in 5 regional centers.
